Mr. Munzinger is a trial lawyer with 25 years of experience in all areas of complex civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He specializes in high stakes litigation, boasting previous victories, including a remarkable $1 billion award for the State of California and a recent confidential arbitration award of $90 million.
Currently, his pending cases involve representing a beneficiary in a trust litigation case valued at $250 million and acting as the plaintiff in a corporate usurpation case worth $150 million.
Mr. Munzinger is dedicated to providing efficient legal solutions by focusing his staffing on maximizing results while minimizing costs for clients. Unlike many larger firms that rely on associates or junior partners for document management and case organization, he employs support staff at significantly lower rates for these tasks. This strategic structure allows his firm to ensure that work is completed at the lowest appropriate billing rate, while still upholding the highest quality of work.
Admitted to practice in all California and Federal courts, Mr. Munzinger has also tried cases in Delaware and other states, collaborating with local counsel as needed.
He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Notre Dame in 1996 and his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2001. After practicing law for 25 years at the prestigious law firm of Shartsis Friese, LLP, he left on excellent terms to establish his own firm.
